Musical Theater - Thursday May 10th schedule

On Thursday, we will perform our Musical Theater dance.
We will perform twice during the day.

The first performance is at 9:45 am. You may attend in the gym if your child's last name starts with the letter A-L.

The second performance is at 1:30 pm. You may attend in the gym if your child's last name starts with the letter M-Z.

Morning group 4-5 immersion special activity

On Wednesday, the morning students will have their special activity block.
Our theme is camping.

We will visit the Book Fair on Tuesday morning(morning group). Your child can bring money to purchase a book.

Boys have to wear dressy pants with  shirt. The pants have to be a dark color (black, dark blue or dark grey). They could also have a fedora hat, suspenders or  a vest as accessories.

Girls have to wear a dress with or without flower print. The dresses have to be knee length. No bright colors.

Eco team - event Tuesday March 6th

Hello families!

Our Eco Team has been working on the Great Waters Challenge, which is a cross-Canada challenge for youth that helps them learn about and raise awareness of local water issues. As part of the challenge, they are going to be hosting a water celebration and fundraiser for OK Clean Water  on Tuesday, March 6th. Please have your child bring in 25 cents, or other donation in order for them to share with us a water story and enjoy a peanut and nut free cookie, courtesy of the Eco Team. Our celebration will take place during 2nd block for all Grade 2-6 students.

• Grade 4 We worked on time line. We will work on Ancient civilizations  ( Égypte ancienne, Rome ancienne, Les incas, Les Azthèques, la Chine ancienne). We will discover how they lived (houses, food, clothes, religion, government, transportation, art, games)
• Grade 5 We worked on time line. We identified on map some of the First Nations groups in Canada. We will analyse the consequences of interactions among First Nations and European explorers and settlers in Canada before 1713. 
• Grade 6 We worked on time line. We will work on assessing the contribution to Canadian identity made by various groups of Canadian communities and regions (e.g. The contribution of French and English communities to the development of Canada as a bilingual country.)
